KSM Talent is a company owned by Albie Lewington and Alfie Manser. It was created in memory of Kajetan Samuel Migdal (KSM), whose life was tragically taken in 2022. KSM Talent aims to honour Kajetan's legacy by providing exceptional talent management services and fostering a nurturing environment for aspiring artists.

Beyond the stage, Albie's talent has been recognized in various arenas, including appearances at the Uncle Drew film premiere and the Celebrity Ball Out halftime show at the Copper Box Arena. They have also been featured on BBC Radio 1 for an interview with Aurie Styla, alongside Prospects' esteemed dance teacher, Ryan Nembhard.

Alfie Manser brings over 14 years of diverse experience in the realms of film, television, music videos, and the prestigious West End. His journey in the entertainment industry began in 2011 with a standout role as Nigel in the original West End cast of Matilda the Musical, which earned him an Olivier award. This pivotal moment propelled Alfie into a dynamic career that has seen him excel across various platforms.
Alfie's dedication to his craft led him to undergo training at renowned institutions including Tring Park School, Arts Ed, Young Dancers Academy, and the Brit School. These formative years laid the foundation for his multifaceted skill set and passion for performance.
Throughout his career, Alfie has collaborated with esteemed directors, including Oscar-winning visionary Bong Joon Ho on the Warner Brothers production Mikey17, Steven Spielberg on Masters of the Air for Apple TV, and the talented Sam Mendes on projects like 1917 and Empire of Light, among others.
Beyond his accomplishments on screen and stage, Alfie has made significant strides in the world of dance. He represented the United Kingdom at the Hip Hop International World Finals, showcasing his prowess in 1v1 breakdancing battles in Arizona. With his former dance crew IMD Legion, Alfie has left an indelible mark, competing internationally and securing notable victories, including winning World of Dance and UDO UK and world championships. He was also a member of Khronos all male contemporary dance company for 2 years (as featured on BGT). He was a specially invited guest of the National theatre to dance in the 'Bowie 50 years exhibition'
Alfie's dance repertoire extends to music videos for a diverse array of artists such as Future, Jay1, Stefflon Don, Mc Fioti, J Balvin, 5 After Midnight, Potter Payper, and more. His electrifying performances caught the attention of global superstar Pink, leading him to dance alongside her at the prestigious Brit Awards in 2019.
He starred in the Rudimental, Charlotte Plank and Vibe chemistry music video for 'Dancing is healing' last year which won him the 'New generation award' at the Berlin commercial awards.
Daredevil Alfie is also BLAST industry stunt artist trained and has worked on projects including Gangs of London, Blue Lights, Criminal record.
